There are simply not enough good things I can say about Robyn and Alex at Viable Software LLC in Fall River. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I decided to start a website for my small, in home stained glass business, but they made the process so simple. Robyn gave me EXACTLY what I asked for in a very short time frame and well within my budget. I cannot say how thrilled I am with them and with my new site. Robyn has taken the time to sit with me in person and by phone to make sure I knew how to run run the software for the site, made excellent suggestions about payment methods and did not try to sell any one over the other – just gave me options to choose from – taught me how to link in video with YouTube and set everything up to get it running. Being an older person that is somewhat computer savvy, but not at all tech savvy, Robyn and Alex made things so easy for me and exhibited infinite patience. One of their most outstanding attributes is their response time to inquiries or issues. You call, and Robyn calls back right away. What AWESOME customer service. Alex has worked on my website for years. Not only is he friendly and knowledgable, he listens and explains information in a dialogue that is understood by someone who is not in the computer programming field. There have been many times where I have needed to make changes immediately and he has always proven to be quick to respond. If I am unsure of what I am looking to do in regards to a website update he has always made himself available to troubleshoot ideas with me.
